Mission Statement:
Scotland County Memorial Library exists primarily to provide library materials to aid individuals of all ages in meeting his or her informational, recreational, cultural, social, and spiritual needs. Emphasis will be placed on requests for high demand, high interest materials in a variety of formats to promote an environment of lifelong learning in a world of changing technology.
